Incorrect billing — your supplier has charged for energy you didn’t use, applied the wrong tariff, or issued backdated adjustments without justification.
Broker mis-selling — you were sold a contract by a broker who misrepresented the rates, hid their commission, or locked you into terms you weren’t made aware of.
Contract rollovers — your supplier automatically rolled you into a new contract at higher rates after you missed a notice window — sometimes without proper notification.
Unresolved complaints — you’ve raised the issue directly with your supplier and got nowhere. After eight weeks, you have the right to take it further. We do that for you.
Backbilling — your supplier is attempting to charge for energy going back more than 12 months. In most cases, this is not enforceable.
If any of these apply, there’s a good chance money can be recovered.
How It Works

2. We review your case within 24 hours We assess whether there are grounds to pursue a complaint and what outcome is realistic. We’ll tell you honestly if we don’t think there’s a case.
3. We handle the supplier We correspond directly with your supplier’s complaints team, gather billing and metering data, and escalate formally where needed — including to the Energy Ombudsman.
4. You recover what you’re owed — or pay nothing We work on a no win, no fee basis. If we don’t recover money or secure a resolution, you owe us nothing.

We take a percentage of what we recover on your behalf. If we recover nothing, you pay nothing. There are no upfront fees, no retainers, and no charges for the initial review.

We handle complaints for UK businesses only. This includes sole traders, limited companies, partnerships, and organisations of any size operating on a business energy tariff.
We do not handle domestic energy complaints.
